What to expect in a session.

Our experienced counselors provide a safe environment to share your story and offer compassionate care and tools to help you navigate life’s journeys. We build trust through reflective listening and validation of personhood, which ensures a sense of safety for you to explore your imprinting, beliefs and behaviors. Sessions also offer guidance as you acquaint yourself with your family of origin, current systems you are involved in, your influence in these systems as well as the systems’ influence on you.

If you are in a season of transition, you will be offered coping skills, encouraged to assimilate your faith into your crisis, learn how to make meaning and identify communities that cultivate a sense of belonging in order to avoid stress, burnout and navigate toward wholeness.
